Excellent and affable staff who were always there to help. The location was central, good to a shopping outlet. It was also close enough to Close to the ADO bus station, local bars and restaurants that have fun things to do, and the public square.
Sadly, there was no ice machine.

The rooms were big size with fridge and microwave, felt like home. This hotel was set in a central area very close to restaurants with a mercado nearby too, restaurants downtown and park, food and entertainment.
The bed was rock hard, that's my bad luck.

We had a really nice and clean stay at Caribe Internacional. The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient, close to the bus terminal. Although it was on a main road and a bit noisy, we still enjoyed our time there. The pool looked inviting, although we didn't have much time to fully enjoy it. The hotel had a fresh look and we liked the old style elevator that was quick. They even provided drinkable water on every floor, which was a nice touch. The secured parking, although packed, was efficient and saved space.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊

So glad we chose it, spent 4 peaceful days here. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location of the hotel was great - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cancun.

Liked my 1 night stay. The rooms were huge, spotless and with fridge and microwave. The staff were professional yet not intrusive. It took only 5 minutes to walk to R1 or r2 to Hotel Zone bus stop.
